4 Mukhi Rudraksha

The story goes that during the primordial era, the universe was enveloped in darkness and chaos. Lord Vishnu reclined on the cosmic serpent Shesha (Adi Shesha) floating on the primordial waters. As Lord Vishnu was in a deep state of meditation, a lotus flower emerged from his navel. Lord Brahma took form within the lotus, seated in a meditative posture. He appeared with four faces, each representing a cardinal direction and four arms, symbolizing the four Vedas, the sacred scriptures of Hinduism. 

Lord Brahma’s creation began with the power of his divine will, and his role as the Creator of the Universe commenced. As the lotus bloomed, Lord Brahma began bringing order and harmony to the chaotic universe. He created the celestial realms, the planets, the stars, and all living beings. He bestowed upon each entity its distinct characteristics and assigned them their respective duties and responsibilities. Lord Brahma’s birth signifies the emergence of creation from the divine essence of Lord Vishnu. He is revered as the embodiment of cosmic intelligence and creativity.

Lord Brahma sustains the cycle of birth, existence, and dissolution, playing a crucial role in the cosmic balance. Also, in the ancient Hindu scriptures, known as the Vedas, there is a mention of a divine weapon called the “Brahmastra.” The Brahmastra is described as a powerful celestial weapon associated with Lord Brahma, the Creator of the Universe. It is considered one of Hindu mythology’s most destructive and potent weapons.
