Refund and Returns Policy

Once approved 

Our unique Customer Satisfaction Policy is to show you the actual photo / video of the item(s) and take your approval before dispatch, so you receive only that which you saw & selected.

 

We are 100% committed to providing high-quality, authentic items, yet in a rare case if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:  

Return Window: Must be initiated within 3-5 days of delivery.  

Condition: Item must be unused, in original condition & packaging with invoice and certificates.  

Refund Process: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days to the original payment method.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 12 hours of delivery with photos as proof for an exchange or refund.  

  

Non-Refundable Items:  

– Energized (Prana Pratistha) spiritual items due to their spiritual significance.  

– Customized & personalized products.  

– Items returned after 7 days 

– Used / damaged condition.  

– Special Offers / Sale items are non-refundable.  

– Custom Items are non-refundable.

– Custom Procured Items are non-refundable.

Eligible for defective or damaged items.  

Exchange request must be made within 7 days.

Customers must bear return shipping charges.  

For orders above ₹5000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.  

If a parcel is lost / damaged in transit from your side, we are not responsible.

If you don’t receive a refund:  

1 Check your bank account.  

2 Contact your credit card provider (some banks take time to process).

– Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.  

– If the product is already dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.  

– Cancellation Fee: A 3% processing fee will be deducted.  

– Refund for canceled orders takes 4-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for customs fees for international returns.  

Super Rare delayed shipments can happen due to Force Majeure / Wars which we have no control over.
