How to use Rudraksha Water Nature Therapy

1.To energized the Water – put 3 beads of  5 Mukhi Rudraksha for water therapy.

2.Soaked beads in clean drinking water at night, the soaking time should be minimum 8-12 hours.

3.Stored preferably in a copper vessel / best alternate Glass vessel.

4.Drink this water in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.

5.The beads should be taken out of water every day, dried in the air for an hour and then used again.

6.Consume the water first thing in the morning or throughout the day.

7.The Rudraksha beads should be replaced after every 30 Days as they will loose energy.

8.Also dry them properly everyday to avoid accumulation of any fungus and keep them in Fridge at low temperature while you are not putting them in water.

What to do with Rudraksha Beads after Use

• You can keep them in your home mandir
• Or do ‘Jal Visarjan’ with respect in clean running river / lake / sea
